Green & Charles Perkins are Mississippi immigrants who came over in 1851 looking for property of theirs that had escaped. They found the three men in April 1852, and proceeded to re-apprehend them.

This saga ended poorly for the fellows, but they did learn some valuable traits. They have since stayed out west, and work mostly contract pieces make sure folks “stay where they ought to” and “remember their place”.

Green is the brains of the pair, more charming and a good horsemen. Solid investigator who knows his craft. Rides a mean black stallion called “Biter” and wears a grey duster and a tan sombrero in the Mexican way.

Charles is the muscle and the enforcer – and great at busting heads and “de-escalating” a fight by making sure folks is lying in the mud before they get uppity. He is well scared on the face, and wears a black overcoat and a stetson that used to be white (but is now stained muddy grey).
